Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping with Simply Exquisite Bridal. We want you to be delighted with your purchase therefore the following policies are to ensure that your shopping experience is fair and in accordance with your statutory rights. Returns (Excluding Wedding Dresses)

  • You have 10 calendar days within which to return an item; from the date which you receive it (all items are posted recorded delivery)

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; in the original packaging, with tags and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged for the return of any item with an individual value of £150 or greater. 

  • In the interest of hygiene earrings and made-to-order/personalised items that have been custom made for you are non returnable/non refundable.

  • Under this returns policy, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your item to notify us of your intention to return the item/s. Please email simplyexquisiteuk@btinternet.com

  • A Returns Form will be emailed to you, to return with your order.

  • Return items below £50 are to be returned to us using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and all items above £50 by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
    We do not take any responsibility for returned items that are not received and request that you contact Royal Mail directly.

  • You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.

 

Refunds

  • We will issue a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and re-stocking fee if applicable.

  • Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment

Shipping

  • The purchaser is responsible for paying their own postage costs for returning an item.

  • Shipping costs are non ­refundable. 


Improper Returns
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
(a) we will not refund or exchange the product;

(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and
(c) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 7 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.

 

Return Policy - Wedding Dresses

  • Ex-Sample Sale wedding dresses are gowns that have been tried on in store.

  • All sample sale gowns will be professionally cleaned before shipment.

  • All sample sale gowns may need minor repairs and alterations depending on the sample sale gown size.

  • All sample sale gowns £199 and under are a FINAL SALE and are not returnable.

  • If you have questions regarding the condition of a sample sale gown prior to purchase please let us know.

  • All sample sale wedding dress purchases that are returnable will include a return shipping label.

  • You will be responsible for return shipping, and the cost of original shipping which will be deducted from your return. If your purchase included free shipping your credit will be minus our cost of shipping.  

  • If you purchase a wedding dress that is new with tags, this is returnable and you have 7 days after receipt to return it. 

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for all refund processing to occur.

  • To be eligible for a return, the wedding dress must be unworn, without any makeup and/or other marks, and in the same condition that you received it; in the original packaging, with tags and otherwise in a condition enabling us to resell the product.

  • A 10% restocking fee will be charged for the return of any item with an individual value of £150 or greater. 

  •  We will not accept the ‘buy-many-keep-one’ purchase, under any circumstances. We may cancel an order believed to have been made with that intention.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer an exchange service for any products at this time.  You will need to return unwanted items (if eligible per the return policy), and then place a new order for the replacement items.

HOW TO RETURN

  • Submit a return request at Contact Us within 72 hours of receiving your order. (all items are sent via tracked Royal Mail or Courier) Please include the reason for return and photographs.

  • Once we have approved your request, you will be sent a return form which needs to be included with your return. Please send your item(s) by Royal Mail Special Delivery within 72 hours of receiving your return form. We do not take any responsibility for returned items that are not received and request that you contact Royal Mail directly. 

  • You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.

  • When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.

  • Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 working days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank).

  • We reserve the right to refuse the return if received in an unacceptable condition.

  • We cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge.

  • We are not liable for return item(s) that are lost or damaged, please keep the receipt with tracking information.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please refer to our cancellation policy below;

• Cancel order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund
• Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
